The Wellington Health Service provides 24-hour emergency care, a visiting medical doctor and a range of primary and allied health services.

Help keep hospital emergency departments for emergencies. Our emergency departments prioritise people needing urgent care and you may need to wait to be seen for non-urgent matters.

Allied health services, including child and family health nurses, social work, Aboriginal health worker, diabetes educator, health promotion officer, physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, paediatric OT support, dietician, and community health nurses
Visiting services include mental health services, public dental, chronic care nurse practitioner, psychiatrist and drug and alcohol services.
