Download and complete application forms
Once contracts have been signed (exchanged), you will need to complete the forms below.
- First Home Buyer Assistance scheme application form (PDF, 969.68 KB) and
- Purchaser/Transferee Declaration form (individual) (PDF, 678.41 KB)
For contracts exchanged before 30 June 2023 (inclusive), visit Revenue NSW to complete a different application form. You will also need to confirm the property price threshold and residence requirement for the date you exchanged contracts, as they may have changed.
