Notice under section 9(1) of the Building Products (Safety) Act 2017

In NSW, aluminium composite panels with a core comprised of more than 30 per cent polyethylene by mass has been banned for use in any external cladding, external wall, external insulation, facade or rendered finish in buildings with specific classifications.
