Confirmation of certificate submission
What happens after the certificate is submitted?
Once the certificate has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and access to your completed certificate.

You'll get an email confirming we've received your submission
A PDF copy of your certificate will be sent to the email address you used to register for the BCNSW eCert portal.
The email will include your certificate number in the format YYMMXXXXXXXX.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer (if email address has been provided)
You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct.

We'll contact you if we need more information
In some cases, further action may be required after submission of the certificate. If any inspection or rectification is required, you will be notified by email and in the Manage certificates section.
Where to find your completed certificates
You can view and download a PDF copy of your completed certificate in Manage Certificates, under the Submitted tab.
