How to update your contact details
Select the 'My profile' tab in the top menu
Review and edit your details
By selecting the edit option, you will be able to make changes to your email address, phone number and address.
Select the save button to continue.
If there are errors with your name or licence details, please contact us for support.

Validate the changes
A validation email is sent when you change your email address. You must action this email within 72 hours to complete the update.
Updating your address
To update your address, tick the update address option in the profile settings window.
Using address search ensures your address is saved in the correct format for the portal. However, sometimes an address may not appear in the search so it will need to be entered manually.
- Start by typing the site address in the address search box
- Select the correct match from the drop-down list
- Check the details are correct, then select the save button to confirm

If no match appears in the address search drop-down list, select the enter address manually option.
- Enter the required fields, including street name and type, suburb, postcode and state. All required fields must be completed.
- Add extra details if needed (e.g. unit, apartment or level)
- Check the details are correct, then select the save button to confirm
