Accessing commissions and reviewing installation details

Log into BCNSW eCert

This step is completed by medical gas technicians

Your licence must refer to medical gas technician work.

How to find commissions assigned to you

You can view certificates assigned to you for commissioning in the Assigned to you tab in the Manage certificates section.

Review the certificate details

Find the certificate that matches the site address in the email you received.

Email notifying the assigned medical gas technician that they have been assigned for commissioning and can log into BCNSW eCert and go to Manage Certificates to complete their commissioning details.

Open the certificate

Select Complete to open the certificate and begin entering your commissioning information.

Review the installation details

Review the displayed installation details as provided by the medical gasfitter. Select Continue if this is the correct installation.

As the medical gas technician assigned to complete commissioning, you cannot edit the certificate details. 

If any details are incorrect, contact the gasfitter who submitted the certificate. They must resubmit the certificate before you can complete commissioning.

Select Continue if the installation details are correct and proceed to the Commission details page.
