Confirmation of certificate submission
What happens after the certificate is submitted?
Once commissioning for the Certificate of Compliance has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation and access to your completed certificate.

You’ll receive an email to confirm
The email will include your certificate number in the formation of: YYMMXXXXXXXX.

Confirmation emails will be sent to the medical gasfitters, medical gas technicians and the customer

If further action is required
In some cases, further action may be required after submission of the certificate. If any inspection or rectification is required, you will be notified by email and in the Manage certificates section.
Where to find your completed certificates
A PDF copy of your completed certificate can be viewed and downloaded in the Manage certificates section.
