Your licence must refer to:

medical gasfitting work, or
mechanical services and medical gas work.

What happens after you assign commissioning

After submitting the certificate, you will see a confirmation screen confirming that commissioning has been successfully assigned to the nominated medical gas technician.

Where to find the submission in the portal

You can view your submission at any time in the In progress tab in the Manage Certificates section while commissioning is being completed. You can also re-assign the certificate to a different medical gas technician from this tab if required.

What the technician needs to do

The Certificate of Compliance remains incomplete until the medical gas technician logs in and completes the commissioning details.

Once the technician has completed the commissioning details, copies of the certificate are automatically emailed to the medical gasfitter, the technician, the customer and Building Commission NSW.
