Log into BCNSW eCert

This step is completed by medical gasfitters

Your licence must refer to:

medical gasfitting work, or
mechanical services and medical gas work.

Declarations and Privacy Collection Notice

Review and tick the declaration to confirm the work complies, where applicable.
Review and tick to accept the Privacy Collection Notice.
Select Save and continue to proceed to the Review page.

Review the certificate before commissioning is assigned

Review the certificate details carefully before you submit and assign the certificate to the medical gas technician for commissioning. You won't be able to make any further changes once you assign the certificate.

If you need to make changes, select Back to return to the previous page.

If you need to leave the page or return later to submit the certificate, select Save and continue to ensure your progress is saved.

You cannot edit or change this certificate once you press Submit.

Submitting the certificate

Once you have made sure all the details for the certificate are correct, select the submit button.

The nominated medical gas technician will be notified by email that they have been assigned the commissioning. They will need to log into BCNSW eCert to complete the commissioning details for the Certificate of Compliance.
