Technicians: reviewing declarations and submitting your certificate

This step is completed by medical gas technicians

Your licence must refer to medical gas technician work.

Declarations and Privacy Collection Notice

  1. Review and tick the declaration to confirm the testing you carried out is compliant, where applicable.
  2. Review and tick to accept the Privacy Collection Notice.
  3. Select Continue to proceed to the Review page.

Review the certificate

The Review page includes all information entered by both the medical gasfitter and the medical gas technician. Make sure you review all the information carefully. You won’t be able to make any further changes once you submit the form.

What you can and cannot edit

Before you submit the form, you can edit commissioning details you entered.

You cannot edit job or installation details entered by the gasfitter. If these details are incorrect, contact the gasfitter using the contact information listed on the certificate. The gasfitter will need to withdraw the certificate and submit a new one with the correct job or installation details.

Need to make changes?

If you need to make changes, select Back to return to the previous page.

If you need to leave the page or return later to submit the certificate, select Save and continue to ensure your progress is saved.

You cannot edit or change this certificate once you press Submit.

Submitting the certificate

Once you have made sure all the details for the certificate are correct, select the submit button.

Copies of the certificate will be automatically emailed to the medical gas fitter, the medical gas technician, the customer and Building Commission NSW.
