How to access submitted certificates

The Submitted tab shows certificates that have been submitted and issued. Once submitted, a certificate can be viewed but cannot be edited.

1. Open the Manage certificates dashboard.
2. Select the Submitted tab.
3. Find the certificate you want to view by using the search bar, filters or table columns.
4. Select the certificate number to open the submitted certificate. 
5. Once opened, you can download the certificate to your device.
