Sewer Service Diagram (SSD) templates

A Sewer Service Diagram (SSD) shows the location of private sewer pipes on a residential, commercial or industrial property.

Plumbers and drainers must:

• Provide a copy of the SSD to the person that has arranged the work (this may be a property owner, or builder), and
• Submit a copy of the SSD to Fair Trading at the completion of the drainage work via the MyInspections Gateway for work requiring an inspection in the Sydney, the Illawarra, Blue Mountains, Newcastle and Hunter, or:
• Submit a copy of the SSD to the local plumbing regulator.
