Update to maximum amount of compensation payable for disadvantage resulting from relocation for 2023-24
In accordance with Schedule 1A of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 (Just Terms Act), the indexation of the maximum amount of compensation payable for disadvantage resulting from relocation has been approved by the Secretary of the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE).
From 1 July 2023, the maximum amount payable will be $91,560.
The amendment has been published on the NSW Legislation website.
