Conveyancers licensing fees
Check the fees to apply for, renew, restore or replace your NSW conveyancer licence. Apply or renew online through Service NSW to get 10% or $5 off the processing fee.
How to lodge your application
You can apply for and renew your licence online.
If you lodge online, you'll receive a discount of 10% or $5 – whichever is greater. The fee tables on this page show the discounted total for any application you can do online.

How fees are calculated
Fee amounts apply to both individual and corporation licences and are valid for the 2026-27 financial year. Fees may increase in line with CPI at the start of each financial year. The updated fee amounts will be applied when you next renew your licence.
Fees include the contribution to the Property Services Compensation Fund, where applicable.
Most fees include a non-refundable processing fee. If you receive a refund because your application is refused or withdrawn, the refund will not include the processing fee.

Replace a licence
The fee to replace a licence is $61.
The licence replacement fee is not refundable and there is no option to apply online.
