Submitting a direct deal proposal

If, after discussion with Homes NSW, it is determined that your proposal may meet the direct dealing criteria, and there is mutual interest in the project, you can submit a proposal.

If you are a registered CHP/ACHP and your proposal is to sell, acquire or redevelop Homes NSW owned land, or to partner with Homes NSW in a development on CHP owned land, please complete the relevant Stage 1 Proposal Form below as your submission.
