• Get help with finding safe, affordable housing and paying for part of your rent for up to 36 months with Rent Choice Transition

If you're Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

If you're Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, support is available for leaving social housing:

• The Aboriginal Housing Office has information on available home ownership grants 
• Get help with finding safe, affordable housing and paying for part of your rent for up to 36 months with Rent Choice Transition

If you're between 16-24 years old

• Get help finding a safe and affordable place to rent, paying for part of your rent for up to 36 months, and connecting with support services for education and employment support through Rent Choice Youth
• Get help with finding safe, affordable housing and paying for part of your rent for up to 36 months with Rent Choice Transition

If you're a veteran

• Get help finding a safe and affordable place to rent, paying for part of your rent for up to 36 months, and connecting with support services for education and employment support through Rent Choice Veterans
