eRepair is an online service for Homes NSW tenants to easily report non-urgent repairs.
Through a series of simple images and diagrams, eRepair helps you identify the repair needed and submit your request. If the repair is urgent, eRepair will direct you to call the Maintenance Hub on 1800 422 322.
How to request repairs
eRepair is available 24/7, so you can report repairs whenever it suits you.
You can access eRepair via the MyHousing app or online under MyHousing Online Services. Once submitted, your request is reviewed by the Maintenance Hub, and you'll be updated by email or SMS.
