MyHousing Repairs is an online service for Homes NSW tenants and their guests to easily report non-urgent repairs.
Through a series of simple images and questions, MyHousing Repairs helps you identify the repair needed to easily submit your request. If the repair is urgent, MyHousing Repairs will direct you to call the Maintenance Hub on 1800 422 322.
How to request repairs
MyHousing Repairs is available 24/7, so you can report repairs whenever it suits you.
It is located in the MyHousing app or online under MyHousing Online Services. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming your repair request and your request will be reviewed by the Maintenance Hub.
