Rental subsidy fraud is when a tenant provides false, incomplete, or misleading information about their household’s income or assets to receive a rent subsidy.

To avoid rental subsidy fraud, make sure to inform us of any changes to your household’s circumstances within 28 days.

Non-rent charges
As a tenant, you must repay non-rent charges. These include:
- tenancy related charges include charges for repairs
- water usage
- miscellaneous debts.
