Plan of Management
What's this about?
Bents Basin State Conservation Area and Gulguer Nature Reserve are small but significant parks on the edge of the Cumberland Plains in western Sydney. The plan of management will help protect the parks and improve management, including accommodating visitors.
Parks established under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 need to have a plan of management. Plans include important park values and directions for future management. It is a legal document. After adoption, all operations and activities must be in line with the plan.
