Beetroot smoothie bowl

- 1 tbsp Kirkconnell Farm Beetroot Powder
- 1 heaped cup (165g) organic frozen mixed berries
- 1 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 2–3 tbsp coconut or almond milk
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Toppings of your choice, use fruit or veggies that are in season
1. Blend all the ingredients except the toppings in a food processor, adding milk until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
2. Scoop into serving bowls and decorate beautifully with desired toppings. Serve.
