This manual outlines the Youth Justice Conferencing process from referral to completion, and includes information about the roles and responsibilities of Youth Justice participants.

After presenting an inital overview of Youth Justice Conferencing, the content in this manual is presented in 3 stages:

  • pre-conference
  • conference
  • post-conference.

This manual also includes additional key information about conferencing domestic and family violence offences and conducting conferences with young people in custody.
