Alerts Procedure (Custody)

This procedure is to be used when a staff member needs to create, modify or close a young person's alert.

The steps to be taken by staff depend on the role of the staff member. These roles include: Unit Manager, Assistant Unit Manager, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Alcohol and Other drugs Counsellor, Psychologist, admissions staff, and all staff.
