Time and Attendance–Operational Employees

Use this procedure when recording, verifying, checking and monitoring the daily attendance of operational employees, and when notifying and recording unplanned absences.

The steps to be taken by staff depend on the role of the staff member. These roles include: Unit Manager, Assistant Manager,  Duty Manager, and all staff.
