Audio-Visual Link Court Policy

This policy provides the framework for the use of audio-visual links within Youth Justice Centres.

The Audio-Visual Link Court Policy applies to all Youth Justice NSW employees involved in facilitating and coordinating audio-visual links for young people within Youth Justice Centres.

This policy covers:

  • the use of audio-visual links for court appearances and Early Appropriate Guilty Plea conferences
  • the use of audio-visual links for legal professionals
  • the Early Appropriate Guilty Plea reform program and its application to Youth Justice NSW.
