The File Management Policy describes file types created or accessed by Youth Justice NSW employees including Detainee, Community, Specialist, Youth Justice Conferencing, and Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network files.
This policy also specifies access, storage, discharge and transfer requirements for these file types as well as information that can and cannot be recorded on the Client Information Management System.
