NSW and New Zealand Governments pledge closer cooperation
The New South Wales and New Zealand Governments have today issued a joint statement during the visit to New Zealand by NSW Premier Mike Baird.
The statement covers continued cooperation between NSW and New Zealand in the following areas:
- Infrastructure planning, financing and investment
- Effective delivery of government services
- Social investment
“Both our Governments are making great progress in the areas of infrastructure partnerships, the delivery of public services and social investment initiatives,” Mr Baird said.
“It was good to sit down with Prime Minister John Key and Deputy Prime Minister Bill English and we have agreed to a plan of ongoing cooperation in these areas.”
