Woy Woy centre upgraded in Central Coast service boost
Central Coast residents can now complete NSW Government transactions and services in an improved Woy Woy Service NSW Centre with the facility undergoing a full refurbishment to enhance frontline services.
The Woy Woy Service NSW Centre now features an upgraded layout with an additional concierge counter to assist customers, new seating and flooring, an internal refresh as well as an updated customer meeting room, self-service and check-in areas.
Woy Woy is the third Service Centre in the Central Coast region to be refurbished after Gosford in March 2025 and Erina in February 2026.
Since 2023 more than $21 million has been invested in updating 32 Service NSW Centres including 18 Centres in regional communities, with many Centres being reconfigured to create space for additional counters and service areas to better assist customers.
Around $9 million has also been spent on upgrading and replacing equipment such as computers, cameras, Driver Knowledge Test terminals, and security and safety initiatives.
Newcastle, Maitland, Raymond Terrace, Warners Bay and Wallsend Service NSW Centres have also been refurbished in the Newcastle-Hunter region in the past three years.
Service NSW regularly assesses the condition, safety and accessibility of Service NSW Centres to ensure they are compliant with modern requirements, ensure they are welcoming and inclusive spaces and to identify opportunities to optimise the customer experience and respond to community needs. There are more than 6.5 million visits to Service NSW Centres every year.
