This three hour class kicks off with traditional Arancini – you will shape, dip, stuff and crumb these pillows of Aborio rice with a mozzarella centre covered in breadcrumbs – then they fry them up a la minute to enjoy as a delicious entree with an Aperol Spritz.
Then it's Pasta Time – learn how to knead perfect pasta and roll it out into strands of silky tagliatelle.
The class will conclude with a meal of freshly made pasta and amazing sauces and lashings of parmesan – Bellissimo!
