This is a hands-on vegetarian/vegan cooking class. You will learn about classic Indian ingredients for the dish, and learn how to create layers of flavours most commonly used in Indian cuisine. Every class is unique and designed to suit your taste buds and preferences - after all that's what home cooking is all about! They usually use fresh seasonal vegetables to create a main dish like Aloo Mattar (potatoes and peas curry in a beautiful tomato sauce). In this class, you will learn to make one main and how to make perfect white rice without a rice cooker! All ingredients are provided.
