You will learn amazing new skills that you will have for a lifetime with many techniques used by ‘horte courture’ chocotiers and pastry chefs as well as take away your recipes to create any time you like. You will learn how to make your very own Easter eggs and bonbons,with Origin Chocolates founder Matt Chimenti and award winning,international Pastry chef and Chocotier Esti Garcia.
