Enjoy three hours of unlimited sparkling wine and mimosas, paired with a three-course brunch in their ocean view event space. Entrees: Burnt banana rum yoghurt, black plum ragu, toasted almond granola. Mains: Goat cheese and zucchini tartlet, chili preserve; Field mushroom, thyme and fetta bruschetta; Smoked salmon scones with lavender, sage fraiche; Berry, fennel and rocket. Shared Desserts: Citrus zested ricotta, spelt hotcakes with vanilla blueberry.
