Australian Survival Instructors (A.S.I) is an outdoor bush survival and traditional skills school dedicated to teaching traditional and modern outdoor survival skills through carefully designed, formal and hands on educational courses. Course content includes but is not limited to : Priorites of Survival, Emergency Shelter Construction, Survival Fire-lighting Skills - Primitive and Modern, Food and Water Procurement and Treatment and Primitive Cooking methods, Emergency Signalling, Celestial Navigation, Emergency First Aid and Survival Equipment Selection, Basic Bushcraft Skills, Knifework and Axework, Survival Gear, Tools and Equipment, Orienteering, Primitive Fishing and much, much more. Courses are held one hour drive north of Sydney CBD on over 3,000 acres of Rainforests, Sandstone cliffs, Marshland and Tidal Fishing Creek Anyone with a passion for the outdoors and natural world will enjoy and benefit the courses A.S.I have to offer. The friendly team of experienced, well trained and passionate bushcraft and survival instructors will ensure a rewarding and friendly learning experience for all types of outdoor enthusiast.
