An afternoon of fun and frivolity as they unfold the joys of cooking with herbs. Judith will be cooking a variety of vegetable and meat dishes with a selection of fresh and dried herbs. Cuisine styles will include Italian and Oriental. Guests will enjoy tasting a sumptuous selection of dishes, culminating in the Crystal Brook signature dish Salmon with Lavender and Honey. During this event a light lunch is served, followed by afternoon tea. Gluten free options are available, please request when booking.
