Dylan Carter Pop Up Dinner

Dylan Carter, a 19 year old cook from Wollongong has created a Pop Up Dinner to hold at Diggies. He will be serving a seven course tasting menu and guests will also receive a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Dylan's menu will showcase the work of local farmers - collaborating with Piccolo Farm (Picton) and Popes Produce (Woonona). Dishes will be heavily vegetable and seafood based, and will utilise the best seasonal products the South Coast has to offer.
