This Easter, celebrate with family and loved ones at Mode Kitchen and Bar whilst indulging in a selection of the season’s finest produce, hand-selected by Head Chef Francesco Mannelli. Guests will be treated to a buffet of fresh local seafood, premium meats sourced from Australian farmers and a selection of the region’s top seasonal vegetables. This exclusive lunch will be available on Sunday 1 April from 12pm – 4pm. Highlights include roasted lamb saddle with mushrooms and truffle, wood-roasted New Zealand snapper, diamond clams and Coffin Bay mussels. Also included is unlimited wine, beer and soft drink.
