In Sydney, nothing but the very best local seafood will do. This year’s buffet features market-fresh Balmain bugs, poached prawns, mussels, freshly shucked Pacific and Sydney rock oysters and our delicate blue swimmer crab. Delight in a ham and turkey carving station, as well as Asian delicacies and cheeses from around the globe. Finish on a sweet note, with a selection of dessert treats, lovingly created by Executive Pastry Chef, Anna Polyviou. Christmas Eve Dinner 6pm - 10pm. Christmas Day Lunch 12 noon - 2.30pm.
