French Croissant Baking Class

This master class will teach you how to make the original and traditional butter croissant you find in French bakeries.
You will be taught by experienced patisserie chef Joel Barda and will learn how to:
Prepare the dough
Incorporate the butter
Give the right number of turns to get a flaky pastry
Roll and cut the croissant dough
Roll croissant, proofing and baking.
Learn to make selection of croissants products such as chocolate croissants, danish pastries, almond croissant and other goods.
While the croissants are proffing, they offer an initiation to puff pastry. At the end of the class, take your products home to enjoy with your family and friends . Bring your camera.
Joel Barda is a 25 years experienced pastry chef who learned and mastered his craft in Paris.
A patisserie teacher at the renowned international culinary school "Le Cordon Bleu" in Sydney. Specialised in traditional French patisserie products
