This master class will teach you how to make the original and traditional butter croissant you find in French bakeries.

You will be taught by experienced patisserie chef Joel Barda and will learn how to:

Give the right number of turns to get a flaky pastry
Roll and cut the croissant dough
Roll croissant, proofing and baking.
Learn to make selection of croissants products such as chocolate croissants, danish pastries, almond croissant and other goods.

While the croissants are proffing, they offer an initiation to puff pastry. At the end of the class, take your products home to enjoy with your family and friends . Bring your camera.
