Learn the art of rolling soft Italian style potato dumplings and serve three different ways at The Little Cooking School.
Little soft clouds of potato accompanied by three different styles of sauces. Firstly try Baked gnocchi with mozzarella, pumpkin and sage. Then try frying your gnocchi and combine with roasted mushrooms and blue cheese followed by immersing your gnocchi in a creamy sauce with amazing, local Stein's prosciutto, local garlic and spinach.
Enjoy with some zingy salads to accompany and then finish off with the lightest, di Lusso fig tart and lashings of double cream. Long lunch heaven!
