Sydney’s most colourful High Tea returns to The Calyx for the new floral display, Pollination. Set against the backdrop of colour of Australia’s largest indoor green wall and nestled around garden beds overflowing with vibrant flowers, The Calyx is a spectacular setting to indulge in High Tea. High Tea at The Calyx offers a delicious twist on traditional high tea with a menu featuring sweet and savoury delights. Start with delicate sandwiches of smoked salmon and roast turkey before working your way up the three-tiered platter through gourmet sausage rolls, fetta tartlets and sundried tomato arancini. Crowning the platter is a selection of sweet pastries including French macaroons, mini cup- cakes and chocolate brownies. Of course, no high tea is complete without the infamous warm scones with jam and cream. To complement the food, guests will be treated to a glass of sparkling wine and a selection of T2 teas. Plus, there is the option to upgrade to packages including unlimited Champagne! Curated by the award winning team at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, Pollination features a collection of plants and flowers showcasing the role colour plays in natures magnificent act of pollination.
