Through this two hour workshop, participants will experience flavours, aromas and textures of premium natural farming teas (Green, Black, Oolong, and Pu-erh) paired with delicious floral, nutty, citrusy and earthy chocolates, a true sensory appreciation. This workshop will demonstrate how these two ancient and nutritious products complement, enhance and contrast each other, a delightful experience. Each participant will brew their own teas and pair them with chocolate. Fees include premium natural farming teas, and setting cups to be used during the workshop. The Workshop will be run by Liliana Algorry - Certified Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender.
