A volunteer driven day to raise awareness of lymphoedema and Lipoedema within Wagga and surrounding communities including Albury and Wodonga and as far as the South Coast. Attendees will hear from patients with lymphoedema and lipoedema regarding their experiences, challenges and management strategies. Keynote speakers Professor Neil Pillar and Louise Koelmeyer will discuss innovative assessment strategies and improving outcomes with improved knowledge. A psychologist, Cheryl Bester will discuss strategies for coping with pain . Guests will have the opportunity to explore other health and well being topics and lifestyle options to assist them as well as the opportunity to explore all the services and supports available to help manage lymphoedema and Lipoedema with a range of trade stands and suppliers on the day. Morning and afternoon tea and a light lunch will be provided. Please inform of any dietary needs when you register. Registrations from on the day
