A vast, rich and diverse history is encapsulated within the calm waters of the Mediterranean. For thousands of years merchants, travellers, and explorers have journeyed through the seas in search of trade and treasures.
Arising from this history, an eclectic mix of cuisines emerged and they’ve prepared a bespoke itinerary through their favourite regions of the Mediterranean for you. Enjoy exquisite dishes from Southern Europe to North Africa to the Levant.
Every Thursday evening from April 4, head chef Dionisio Randazzo and his passionate team will prepare a set menu dedicated to a specific region for you to experience.
