Drawing on recipes from different corners of Italy, and using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, the flavours of this class will deliver the magic of the popular ’Long Italian Lunch or Dinner'.
A hands-on cooking class, after the hard work is done, sit back and enjoy your Italian feast with a glass of vino in their dining area or elevated deck with spectacular views over the region.
Antipasti - Donzelle (Italian bread) with Prosciutto and Pancetta
Secondi - Individual Spinach Lasagna layered Asparagus, Ricotta and Parmigiano topped with Vongole and Confit Tomato Sauce
Primi - Rotolo di Suino (Pork fillet butterflied) stuffed with Basil and Pistachio Pesto, Green Beans and Potato served with Parmigiano Cream
Dolce - Marsala and Balsamic Zabaglione with Chocolate Filling and Strawberry Sauce
