Learn the secrets to making beautiful contact prints on silk and paper using eucalypts and other plants. Unwrap beautiful bundles of silk, paper and leaves from the dye pot and marvel at the variety of colours, shapes and imprints that remain. See the impact that different metals like iron and copper pipes, old tin cans and rusty objects like nails and washers can make on the colours and patterns. All materials supplied: Each participant will receive a silk scarf and some cotton-rag paper to dye. Limited Spaces: All classes are strictly limited to six people so that each participant has lots of space and attention from the tutor throughout the day. However, there are also no minimums, if you should be the only person to book, this event will still go ahead!
