The Nature Connection walk is the antidote to high-stress, fast-paced modern lives. Studies have shown that being outside in nature has a many of health outcomes, for your mind, body and soul. Informed by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku or 'forest bathing', this type of mindful walking is calming and soothing to the nervous system and can help boost your immune system. Over the four weeks of this program you’ll explore different pathways that help you reconnect to nature and yourselves. So break and get back to the great outdoors.
