Hands on class perfecting rough puff pastry. An easier version of puff pastry, which is achievable to perfect and use all winter. In this class, participants will learn to make: French onion soup, Chicken leek and mushroom pie, Roasted pear Autumn tart with mascarpone. 10 Students only, be the first to call and book the lessons. Participants please bring with you, your own rolling pin and flan dish to take home your cooked pastry.
