Hosted by See Saw Wines Justin Jarrett the "Pilgrimage of Elevation" is a journey through their three vineyards to experience See Saw Wines at varying elevations. Your wine tasting pilgrimage takes in the region’s first Prosecco block, then the Pilgrimage bus takes you to their organic vineyard and pitstops at the end at their beautiful Balmoral Vineyard. Glass of Prosecco on arrival and Pinot Noir with lunch. Their farm grown organic lamb will be lovingly slow cooked by Pochi ma Buoni using a 300 year old Roman recipe. Wine available for purchase at the final station. What to wear: As you will be traversing different locations (not a lot of walking) covered footwear is required. Although October is glorious, they recommend a coat, scarf and hat. Bring a bottle of water to hydrate through the day.
