Qigong Workshop with Master Simon Blow
Crookwell NSW 2583
22nd February 2020
9:00am to 5:00pm
Qigong is an ancient Oriental practice based on the philosophy of cultivating, stimulating and regulating natural energy flows through the body. Dating back several millennia, this modality predates even acupressure, acupuncture and herbalism. Based on gentle movements, a meditative state of mind and controlled breathing, practitioners develop calmness and serenity.
The regular practice of Qigong also strengthens and tones the muscular system, improves joint flexibility and has been demonstrated to improve overall health in many ways, including reducing high blood pressure, improving bone strength and treating depression. Join Qigong Master Simon Blow for a special day of Qigong practice at the Crookwell Tea House and Gallery
Simon Blow has been a professional Qigong teacher since 1992. He has received World Health Organisation certification in Medical Qigong clinical practice. He is also a Deputy Secretary of the World Academic Society of Medical Qigong in Beijing, China
