Join Louise Darmody and Andrew Host for this one day workshop where they explain the importance of oral history, demonstrate use of equipment and suitable recording environments, teach pre-interviewing and interviewing skills as well as best practice protocols and copyright.

Louise Darmody is the principal of Sound Memories, an award-winning oral history and audio documentary-making firm established in 2002.

Andrew Host is Manager of Studio Data and CD Makers. He is a professional sound recordist specialising in oral history.
